Hi, I'm Heidi.
I founded Turnkey Mountain Design Co. to help vacation rental owners transform mountain properties into beautiful, guest-ready retreats designed to create memorable stays and maximize booking potential.
Based in North Georgia, I work with vacation rental owners, investors, and second-home owners throughout Blue Ridge, Ellijay, Blairsville, Morganton, Cherry Log, and the surrounding mountain communities.
Having spent years helping prepare and launch vacation rentals, I've seen firsthand what makes a property feel memorable to guests and stand out in a competitive market. My goal is to create beautiful, functional retreats that owners are proud of and guests can't wait to return to.
